Error: Couldn’t open config file “awstats.domain.com.conf” nor “awstats.conf”. Please read the documentation for directories where the configuration file should be located.

- Did you use the correct URL ?
Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
- Did you create your config file ‘awstats.domain.com.conf’ ?
If not, you can run “awstats_configure.pl” from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in ‘docs’ directory).

Solution :    /scripts/runlogsnow

Webalizer has stopped working, and cant update manually as well.

When trying to update the webaliser stats manually we get the following error

========================================
Error: Ignoring invalid history record (mth=16)
Error: Ignoring invalid history record (mth=22)
Error: Ignoring invalid history record (mth=35)
Error: Ignoring invalid history record (mth=21)
Error: Ignoring invalid history record (mth=17)
=======================================

The webalizer history for this domain has become corrupted – which means that if we manually try to repair the file webalizer’s binary will be unable to read the history accordingly and simply replace the entire history of the domain and start anew. I wish there was some way around this but quite simply there is not.
